Laura and Brian were married on the perfect fall day in Wilmington, NC. Their thoughtful ceremony was held at Kenan Chapel and officiated by Laura’s father. This is a well loved couple and they had guests from all the over the world journey to celebrate with them on their wedding day. A beautiful reception followed at 128 South on Front Street, in downtown Wilmington. We love photographing at 128 south with it’s rustic hardwoods, exposed brick and loads of historic charm. After guests dined, everyone enjoyed a night of dancing and fun on the scenic rooftop deck of 128 South. Laura and Brian were living in Ireland before their wedding, so a travel theme for the day was the perfect fit for this well traveled pair. We loved the sweet paper airplanes made from maps that guests flew for the couple’s exit! Everything was so perfectly put together, and I doubt there has ever been a more joyful bride than Laura!
